It tells stories, with song, of Anita Keal’s immigrant parents, who came to the USA in 1914.
Anita related the stories to Playwright Angelo Parra, who created the book. He is the writer of “Devil’s Music: The Life and Death of Bessie Smith” Directed by Joe Brancato. He is Director of “Tryst”, “Cobb”, Artistic Director of Penguin Rep Theatre.

Anita Keal (award winner for her performance as Naomi in “The Goldman Project”) has been active in New Yorktheatre for many years.
